Can I use 30 watt charger to charge my iPhone

It's been nearly a year since I have bought my iPhone 14 Pro and my battery health is currently at 88 percent. The people I know were saying that my battery health is decreasing rapidly and the main reason behind that is usage of 30 watt charger. Do I have to change my charger to 20 or 18 watts ?

No, you can use anywhere from an 18-65W adapter or even more if you want.

I'm sure that your friends mean well, but they are misinformed. The "charger" is actually in the phone, and It automatically controls the rate at which the battery is replenished.

It is impossible to overcharge the phone.

Your phone is 12 months old. The Battery Health declines on average at about 1% a month. At 88%, your battery is right in the middle of "normal".
