It's been nearly a year since I have bought my iPhone 14 Pro and my battery health is currently at 88 percent. The people I know were saying that my battery health is decreasing rapidly and the main reason behind that is usage of 30 watt charger. Do I have to change my charger to 20 or 18 watts ?

Bob Timmons is 100% correct. The charger cannot effect the Battery Health of your iPhone. And since you've had your phone for at least a year, you're on target in terms of Battery Health decline. On average, you can expect a decline of 1% per month, so 12 months of ownership, being at 88% would be within the normal range.
