iPhone 11 pop up saying “ellingalsoil.one”

I just got my iPhone 11 and a trust thing keeps popping up saying “ellingalsoil.one” and it keeps asking me to trust it, I don’t know what to do because even if I click trust or cancel it pops up everyday and it’s getting annoying. How do I fix this problem?
