Can I have 2 Apple ids at once??

I can’t find a lot of my pics and videos on my phone and I did change my Apple ID a while back. Is there a way to get my old id and password back and sign into that acct to retrieve my pics and videos??

You can change the email address used on an account, but if you try to do this incorrectly you could instead set up a new account with the new address. To get access to things on the old account you will need to log into it and set up Family Sharing so you can share items with your new account.

If you do not know the ID and password, this article tells you the various ways you can try to discover your forgotten Apple ID --> If you forgot your Apple ID - Apple Support Typically an Apple ID is an email address you have used. If you are currently using a mobile device that is logged into your account, go to Settings and tap your name at the top. Look in Keychain, and in a browser's security settings if you use it to automatically sign into Apple when using a browser.

If you find you can’t sign in, reset your password, or receive verification codes, you can request account recovery (read this support article: How to use account recovery when you can’t reset your Apple ID password - Apple Support ) to regain access to your account. Account recovery might take a few days or longer, depending on the specific account information you can provide to verify your identity.

See also Authorization vs. association - Apple Community for complications that can arise if you have multiple Apple IDs. Not so much of an issue if you're only signing into the old ID on the web in order to access whatever is in iCloud Drive for that account, but worth being aware of. See Upload and download files from iCloud Drive on iCloud.com - Apple Support to see if you can access any cloud content from the old ID.
