Can I get refund for apple subscription sent to Apple Cash instead of debit card
I simply would like to adjust the destination of the refund that was approved.

Refunds are always sent to the original payment method. You can transfer funds from a debit card to Apple Cash. Please review the Apple Support article I linked below.
