Apps not loading

My apps are not loading. When i click on it it shows a black grid icon and a black window that spins for 2 seconds and then stops and then starts over. i can't start all of my apps i downloaded from app store! It just shows even a white circle saying Pom Pom and my apps even are new and are already broken This is the most app not loading stored in itunes u and itunes store
