Could not install The requested app is not available or doesn't

On TestFlight, I can download an app I just pushed to TestFlight. I get the error "Could not install The requested app is not available or doesn't". This seem to be associated with this account in particular.

App Store doesn’t least me review a game I own I recently bought the Apple Arcade game “Don’t starve: Pocket edition” it says that my device is compatible on the App Store page but it says otherwise when I enter the game, and when I try to actually play, it encounters an error and shows an error page with the buttons to exit the game, or visit the forum but the game is frozen so it doesn’t work, when I tried to write about this, App Store put a popup writing “You cannot review a game you don’t own” or something like that, and when I look at the button that says play, it still said that, I own the game already I have the rights to rate it, please fix this error, I really want an explanation or a fix on the game

With this iPhone, or this Apple ID?

Does this Apple ID download to a different device?

Does another redemption code clear this?

If toed to the iPhone, tried a factory reset with the iPhone?
