Sorry but we cannot do that for you. You can do it yourself if you follow these steps.
- Open Settings > General > Software Update
- If your iPhone is eligible for an update, you will be prompted to do so.
That is a big "if." If you have problems, please reply, telling us which iPhone you have and what its current iOS is.
