my brother had downloaded a game on my Mac and I deleted it afterwards but I have not idea where these came from and why they're there ,I tried to find them in finder so I could delete them but they aren't there and I tried to push them down to the trash ,they won't get deleted. also tried to open them but they also can't be opened
