IMS messaging

How do i retrieve my usage details on 2 of my phone lines when using IMS? It does not appear on my T-Mobile usage. Does it get stored somewhere with Apple?

Text messaging issue on 18.6.1 update 18.6.1 now do not have sent pictures or links that were sent in texts. Used to be able to click the person I was having a conversation with and it would show all the pictures and links we have sent each other. Now it is gone. Please help
