Whatsapp voice-note preview from lock screen

When I touch and hold a whatsapp voice-note to hear it from my lock screen it only plays about 10 seconds (maybe less) of the voice-note. Is there a way to change the settings where I can hear an entire voice-note from my lock screen?

Now with the new handset(iphone16pro max) the voice notes are being played with a lower volume output. I have tried unselecting volume limit option in settings aswel. Restarted the device well a few times. Please provide a solution to this. Only while using whatsapp the volume is lower. Other media while playing the volume is loud enough .
