When Mail arrives, my iPhone 'tings' and a notification appears on the iPhone's screen.
But no notification appears on the Mac screen.
Why?
And how can I fix this?

I find on my M2 Mac that every so often Focus > Do Not Disturb turns itself on! Might be worth checking that?
Looks like all is set correctly. Not sure but I had the same issue a while ago. When I did the next update all was working once again. However, change dock unread count and new message notification from all Mailboxes to inbox only and test.
Using Mail in Sonoma 14.2.1 on 3 machines plus iPhone with iOS 17.2.1

The only difference is, iPhone New Mal notifications are silenced and only the shacking >> no audio Sound ( except for wife and 3 kids VIPs for me )
Go to Mail, settings and be sure the notification box is checked to show in dock
I went to Mail then Setting as you suggested and got this:
But where do I go from there? I can't see any Notification option except "New message notifications" which is set as "All Mailboxes"
Thanks for the tip, but despite trying it, notifications in the top right for new emails are still missing.

Do Not Disturb is definitely off!
Now running 14.3.1 but the problem remains :-(
Any more ideas how I can get my Mac to notify me when new eMails arrive?
