I accidentally deleted my hotspot password

If you mean the password for your iPhone's personal hotspot, go to Settings>Personal Hotspot>WiFi Password and type in the password you want. You can't recover the old one but, if you remember it, you can re-type it.

So make up your own new Wi-Fi Hotspot password, and use that.

To change the Hotspot password: Settings > Personal Hotspot > Wi-Fi Password > [whatever]

Try this:

1. In the Settings app, tap Wi-Fi.
2. Find the Wi-Fi network that you're currently using.
3. Tap the Info. button.
4. Tap the Password field.
5. Use your passcode, Face ID or Touch ID to unlock and reveal the password.
