MagSafe charging not working with MagSafe compatible case

I had an iPhone 13 Pro Max and had a MagSafe compatible case that worked fine for wireless charging. I replaced it with an iPhone 15 Pro Max and bought the 15 Pro Max version of the same case. However, my 15 Pro Max will not charge wirelessly with this case even thought it is also supposed to be MagSafe compatible. I have contacted the case vendor, and they replaced the case, but it still won't charge with the case on. If I remove the case, wireless charging works fine, so the problem seems to be with the case.

Can the iPhone 15 Pro Max use the same mag safe chargers as older models, or does the titanium case require a stronger charger?
