Stop iPhone Private Relay Notifications

In unstable WiFi environments there are constant messages about joining and leaving Private Relay. I want to shut off the notifications. In Settings >Apple ID >iCloud > Private Relay there is no means for turning off notifications.

There is nothing in Notifications, either.
