I can’t use cellular data after update 17.2.1
I have reset the network settings, and that had no effect. Any ideas?

Same. Just got a new-to-me phone with a lot more storage, and my daughter suggested I update iOS. Now, I can make calls, but texting doesn’t work and cellular data certainly doesn’t work if I’m not connected to Wi-Fi.
I’ve reset network settings, checked VPN, and even downloaded iOS 17 beta as that was recommended by several people online as a possible solution. No dice.
The phone worked perfectly fine when I got it, cellular data had no issues. Now, a day later, as soon as I downloaded iOS 17.2.1, it’s only functional while I’m connected to wifi.
One option I haven’t tried is using an eSIM. I’ll have to look into that with my carrier.
