Widgets not working on iPhone 12 Pro

There’s a “waiting…” widget in my Today View/Home Screen. Since I don’t know what is that widget about (it displays “waiting…” instead of the widget’s/app’s name) I don’t know how to solve this issue.

widget disappearing from widget stack I have a widget stack that I created on my Homescreen for specific shortcuts. First in the stack is media, second is maps and directions, third is reminders. Daily, sometimes multiple times per day, the widget for maps and directions gets removed from the stack. Which in turn requires me to go through the process of adding it again. I have tried restarting the phone, I’ve ensured that the phone is updated but it still happens. Is there a setting I need to fix or anything else I might need to do?
