trying to sign out of apple id but iphone says cannot sign out due to restriction. please help

If an app or feature on your device is not working, not appearing, or is restricted (grayed out), it may have been disabled using Screen Time, or by an IT administrator if you are using a device owned by an employer or educational institution.

Tap Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy > scroll to Allow Changes and turn on.

- If the device is managed (Settings > General > VPN & Device Management), contact the IT department that is doing the managing.

Turn Screentime on and follow the steps Limnos gave: select Content & Privacy > scroll to Allow Changes and turn on. If already on, turn off then back on.

my screen time is off & I still cannot sign out. I have Family Sharing with NO children on my plan & I still cannot sign out bc "Due to Restrictions"
