How do I know which Apple ID I am logged in on my Apple Watch?
I want to connect my apple watch with my new iphone but i want know that which apple id is connected before

Did you have it paired with your old phone? Did you follow the process to unpair it? Under most circumstances it would me the same Apple ID as your iPhone but you can also look in the settings app on your watch. Click on the top option which will show your info including the Apple ID being used.
