I have 2 devices an ipad and an iphone. I’m sharing my location to my friends using my ipad in find my app, but i left it at home. I only have my phone with me. Can they see my phone’s location without using it as my location?

Your Find My account allows only one device to be your location, but it can be changed.
Go to Find My > Me tab > Use this iPhone as My Location
In a Family Sharing group you can also see locations of members' devices in the Devices tab, including the non-preferred devices locations but your question seems to refer to a group of friends, not a family sharing group.
Alternatively, they can wait until you get home.
