Mail app sign in doesn’t ever stop loading on iPhone

My mom removed her email from mail because she wasn’t getting emails (msn email) and then when you log in it just says signing in forever. Please help

  1. Is this your corporate iPhone? Then please contact the system administrator of your corporate
  2. If it is your personal device, in that case, do you have any profile installed by your corporate/organisation/enterprise/School Management?
    1. Erase the profile added by you If you have installed a profile on your own --> Install or remove configuration profiles on iPhone - Apple ...
    2. Or please contact the system administrator of the organisation who provided the profile to you



Go to the Security basics page and sign in to your Microsoft account. · Select More security options. · Under App passwords, select Create a new app password.

Sign in to your work or school account, go to the My Account page, and select Security info. Select Add method, choose App password from the list, and then select Add. Enter a name for the app password, and then select Next. Copy the password from the App password page, and then select Done.
