I can’t reset the password of an Apple ID

I’m trying to reset the email of the Apple ID but it canta because it says “the email address is not available. Chose a different address.”.

when I try to login this address in order to see by whom it’s used through iforgot.apple it says “this address is either not valid or not supported”.

do you know how to should ?

iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 17

For help with that you need to contact Apple. Click here --> Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support Select your country, then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.
