How can I fix the buffering on iPhone X?

My iphone X is on IOS 16.7.4 and takes ages to load a mobile app that is time sensitive. By the time the page is loaded, it is more than 5 seconds timing out the time allowed by the app for me to respond with an OTP. I am not using wifi and the iphone is using 4G cellular network. The result with WIFI network is not different.

I have reset Network settings based on answers in the community and still no improvement. Appreciate any suggestions to fix the issue.

How can I fix the slow loading problem on my iPhone running iOS 17.5?
