Using audio interface with iPad 10.2 9th gen

I have been using various audio interfaces very successfully until my iPad upgraded to OS 17.2 last night, now none of my audio interfaces will work. When I connect via the powered lightning interface I have always used, audio is heard briefly and then cuts off - no input & no output?

What can I do to get these working? I need these working again.
