How to add second carrier that is using an android phone

need instructions on how to install eSIM from android to my iPhone that has a primary carrier with physical sim. In the end want my primary Tmobile carrier and secondary tello carrier eSIM both on my iPhone 11. Confused how to proceed.

Ask your phone carrier if it is possible to do, not an Apple feature.
