Epson ET-3830 Adobe Acrobat PDF printing & iMac

My iMac (latest OS 14.2.1) is experiencing problems printing and scanning on our new Epson ET-3830 all in one printer. Through my iPhone and iPad on the same wifi, everything works fine. I have tried using the printer wirelessly and hardwiring it to my iMac. In both cases, after hitting "print," - a box comes up saying it can't print, and there were no pages selected to print (I tried selecting all and the current page). No issue at all printing the same doc from my phone. My other printer (Epson ET-2850) has no issues printing and scanning from my husband's Macbook, but will not print from my iMac. I've downloaded the latest drivers, etc., doesn't help. I ended up downloading "PDF Office" and it will print - but Adobe Acrobat Reader won't. Any ideas?
