Is it ok to use iPhone while it is charging?

It is 100% ok to use your iPhone while it is charging. It may be warmer because charging generates some heat, but that's nothing to worry about.

Are you having the battery replaced by Apple? Or someone else? Please be aware that if you are not having the battery replaced by Apple or an Authorized Apple Service Provider, it will not be an original Apple battery. You will most likely not be able to check your battery health and you will see in Settings, that you have a non-OEM part.
