I don’t know what I did but every Apple app of my iPhone is displaying a square around the active function.
Already turned off everything inside Accessibility within settings.
What is this and how can I turn it off?

You seem to have enabled the Button Shapes Accessibility feature. You can turn it off by going to Settings > Accessibility > Display & Text Size and then toggle off button shapes.

You might just have to wait until the next iOS update for this to be fixed. You also could install the beta version of iOS and it may be gone (this does come with its own risks though)

Just tried turning it on and off, however nothing changed.
Weird, have you recently updated your iPhone?
Got an 15 Pro on October and I have been updating it as the iOS versions are being released. However, The “squares” appeared long after the last update to 17.2.1.
