You can't. A first generation iPhone SE can only be updated directly to 15.8, and a newer one to 17.2.1.

you cannot download or use iOS 15.0.

If you have an original iPhone SE, you may download and use iOS 15.8. See the article linked above.

You can update to iOS 15.8. There are instructions in the support document just above your name. Following the instructions, where are you getting stuck?
