How to send a complain to apple company?

I wanted to change my phone. I did’nt like using iphone 15 pro max. Apple stores says that i can’t change my phone because it’s been more than 30 days. I got my phone in last month 13 December 2023. Due to busy work schedule i couldn’t get back earlier to the store.

So i needed a help in this situation!!!!!

Noone helps. Even managers at apple stores in miami refused to get it back because it is more than 30 days and my last date to return was 8 january 2024 of this month and i do know there is a exception of 30- days return policy.Even if i passed that and if the customer is ahead of the dates for just few days like today is 20th January 2024 you should help us. Instead of that your managers or people working over there are giving tips to sell it online. And they can’t do anything about that. I am sure if i am contacting APPLE SUPPORT they will properly address this issue. THAT IS WHAT YOU CHARGE IS FOR APPLE CARE PLUS right but many times even now i am asking for help and They provide wrong contacts and then the people on calls are stuck that why they gave you our number we are not the right person to deal with go to store in person. NOT PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIORS AT ALL. !!!!

I mean i m using YOUR APPLE IPHONE AND EVERYONE OF YOU TELL ME TO GO HERE AND THERE AND WASTE MY TIME !!!

NO ONE ADDRESS THE ISSUE PROPERLY AND GET IT RESOLVED

And what i am paying for these extra services and subscriptions then if i can’t change my phone that i don’t like.

Apple is a big company i am pretty sure it won’t hurt the managers to help the customers in store if they are ahead of the time period and want to change the phone. It is that simple.

There is no damage nothing to the phone the whole world is buying phones from apple and then you tell us the expected behaviors.

Is this apple care plus plus we buy to listen to these things. ?
