How to I get back messages I deleted?
I deleted messages accidentally.
If the messages are not in 'Recently Deleted',
you will need to restore from a backup made when
the messages were present.
Be advised that the backup will overwrite everything on
your iPhone that is newer than the backup date. You
cannot pick to restore just a few messages or other items.
