Hi all, I purchased/have a used MacBookAir with ios 10.8.5 Mountain. It used to work fine with previous appleID, but previous owner before sell to me deleted the account in users, so then I added my new appleID.
Now I added my new apple ID but it does not shows it in SystemPreferences and for example in AppStore neither shows mi appleID so I can not download anything

Even if the previous owner did those steps, I still highly recommend whenever you acquire a used device, you should always perform a clean install of the OS by first erasing the whole physical drive followed by installing the OS. This is so that you know you have a clean system without any hidden nasty surprises left behind by the previous owner and so you know it was done correctly.
As far as the AppleID and App Store.....I doubt there is any software available for an OS that old through the App Store today. If you previously purchased software for macOS 10.8.x with this AppleID, then you should be able to re-download previous purchases.
Some older third party apps may be available direct from the developer's website. Some developers will keep older versions of their software available....sometimes you may have to dig through their website to find the archives. Other developers may not provide any older versions of their apps.
FYI, you should be able to at least install up to macOS 10.11 El Capitan on this laptop....maybe even a more recent version of macOS, but it all depends on the exact model of this laptop. You can get the exact model of the laptop by clicking the Apple menu and selecting "About This Mac". You should always provide the exact model of the Mac when asking for assistance online since it is usually important.

Here is an article which shows which versions of macOS are compatible with various Apple hardware so you can determine the highest version of macOS compatible with the computer. Since this laptop is using such an old OS, if it never had a newer version of macOS installed, then you may need to install an intermediate OS before installing some later versions.
