I bought my iphone 14 on 26 may 2023 and its 87 percent battery health now just in 8th month even i change my phonr at 10-80 percent or 2 times a day without using it on charge still my battery health is degrading so fast i cant find whats the issue

Use the phone as much as you can to get the Battery Health down to 79-80% before 26 May 2024, so you will get a warranty replacement battery from Apple.
If it goes to 79% before May get a replacement under warranty, else have it replaced when it gets to 79%
Nothing to be done except keep it out of the heat and use it less.

even after 80 percent battery works well?
doest it get discharged too frequently?
