I have iPhone6 I need to update it from version 12.5.7 to newest version please,I know the phone is old but I want to ask is there any anyway I can make the update , because I need to download and update some Apps.

Nope you can not update the iPhone 6 past 12.5.7 I just got a 6 yesterday that was free and brand new. Out of my apps I used to have Snapchat is the only one the download from the App Store. I actually found your post while searching if someone has made a list of apps still compatible with that IOS and a 6, ( if you figure anything out please let me know).
That phone is not capable of running anything higher than iOS 12.
You will need a newer phone.
