How to get rid of accessibility touch

I can not get rid of accessibility touch button.

Settings>Accessibility>Touch>AssistiveTouch = OFF.

When done, restart your iPad.

If you mean something different, please specify your needs better.

We are forced to Turn ON ASSISTIVETOUCH for using required features. Dear iPad Os team, We are being forced to turn ON AssistiveTouch to use required features. For example the "Tracking speed of Mouse and other features like customise mouse buttons. I would like to attentively request to take out those features out of the AssistiveTouch menu. So that we could easily use those features without turning on AssistiveTouch.
