iPhone, iPad,Mac stuck on envelope setting when printing

My son printed to our printer, from his Surface Pro, on the envelope setting. Now all of my devices are only allowing me to print the page size as #10 envelope.

I’ve tried resetting from the printer screen, turning all devices off.

Nothing is helping.

But I did discover that after downloading the HP printer app—I think it’s called HP Smart—I signed in and selected my printer. Then, in the app, you can manage your printer settings. I discovered that the tray size was selected as an envelope. I obviously changed this setting back to letter. I believe you can manage the tray paper size on the printer as well. I got the tip to use the HP app after calling Apple support. I was lucky to find a representative who had the same issue with his iPhone and an HP printer. He wasn’t sure how to use the HP app, but it was easy to figure out how to manage the printer settings on the app. Good luck.

Print paper size is stuck on Invoice When I print from my iphone, what I'm printing prints out smaller than the page. "Paper size" is stuck on "invoice." I cannot change it, as there are no other options.

8th generation Ipad printing too big I have a Brother MFC-L2730DW black and white printer and an 8th generation I-pad, Model MYLE2LL/A. When I send an email or doc from my I-pad to this printer, it prints quite large; one page on my I-pad is 2 or 3 pages when printed. Is there a fix for this and if so, what is it?

If you are running HP Smart on your Windows device, open HP Smart and go to settings on the printer in question and go to paper Setup and make sure that Tray 1 Size if set to Letter. Mine was set to envelope #10. See Photo
