My son printed to our printer, from his Surface Pro, on the envelope setting. Now all of my devices are only allowing me to print the page size as #10 envelope.
I’ve tried resetting from the printer screen, turning all devices off.
Nothing is helping.

If you are running HP Smart on your Windows device, open HP Smart and go to settings on the printer in question and go to paper Setup and make sure that Tray 1 Size if set to Letter. Mine was set to envelope #10. See Photo
