Not able to add cards on wallet

when I click the add button in Wallet it gives me two options one is link with apple wallet information website and another one is cancel options. So that I am not able to add any cards such as banking on my wallet.

Sometimes there are glitches. You might want to sign out and sign back in. Also it could be the model of phone you are using and an update to the os for it. That is, if you are in an area that supports Apple Pay. Remember, you have to validate any card you add to your wallet, this is for security, so if you are not the owner of the account it might be impossible, even if you are an authorized user.
