I signed up for a app that has pictures that are really important to me with my old number. I recently had to get a new phone and unfortunately couldnt keep the same number. When i tried logging back into the account its saying i need the number to verify my identity. Does anyone know anyway I could see what my number was ?? Please and thank you 🙏.

You could see if any of your friends or relatives has your old number in their contacts. Or your old carrier may know that number. Without knowing that number, you will not be able to use recovery to change your number.
You need to go to recovery and to get that phone number changed. Go to iforgot.apple.com and start a recovery.
If you have an Apple Watch or any other Apple product that your signed into, you could add your new number in settings- password and security
