Lastpass extension is not working with safari Ver4.125.0 on iMac

Vault is not reproduced in the extension pull down menu. This feature works fine with Firefox browser on my iMac

I can open it but it does not appear in my extensions for Safari. I've read there have been problems if not downloaded from the App store, but I did. Anyone having issues with 1Password? Seems ever since I installed Ventura on my M1 iMac, 1Password 8 is problematic, specifically with autofill. Anyone having similar issues? And what about 1Password for Safari: is it less secure?

how to turn off "Save Password" Safari prompt in Sequoia When logging into websites since upgrading to Sequoia, Safari now gives me a prompt to save passwords using the built-in Passwords app. However, I do not use that app; I use a different password manager. How do I get Sequoia to stop prompting me to save passwords into the built-in Passwords app?
