Hi, My iPhone 8 is not working with our ChargePoint electric vehicle charger mobile app

The ChargePoint electric vehicle mobile app is working with my wife’s iPhone 10S but is not working with my iPhone 8 ever since the last ChargePoint software update in December. Keeps saying network is down, when it is not and works fine with the iPhone 10S. Any suggestions?

VoLTE not working in My iPhone XR. In India, BSNL VoLTE not working in My iPhone XR, When I try to switch on VoLTE service it's shows an error message like - This mobile network has not been verified for VoLTE on iPhone. Battery life, calls, text messages, voicemail and mobile data maybe affected.
