ReCaptcha keeps appearing whenever I search for anything using Safari

(I use an ipad pro) Recently i’ve been getting these ReCaptcha things that appear whenever I search up anything on safari. And it has become extremely infuriating.

Websites i search and go on that have never brought up ReCaptcha suddenly started appearing and then ReCaptcha just started to appear on everything. I’ve cleared my search history, deleted all vpns and it still appears.

With the worrier I am, i’m very anxious that I am hacked, and my concern for that follows with a few other things. When I am on Netflix for example some times it will randomly pause and then unpause when my hands are nowhere near the screen.
