HELP: Sync Library Not Enabled

Hi there, ever since the 17.2 update my Apple Music hasn’t been able to sync and I keep getting the same message in the second photo.

it’s been like this since the update and I don’t know what to do.

I tried deleting Apple Music and redownloading but then it says to sync again then when I press sync, it says enable sync library to listen everywhere then it turns off it won’t let me turn it on in any way? How do I fix my Apple Music not syncing? First it would play for 1 second then just pause so I deleted it and redownloaded it now it’s saying to sync it again but when I do it says to sync so I can listen everywhere then it just turns off I can do anything to turn it back on?

Apple Music sync library won’t stay on (iOS) Hey! So my Apple Music library wasn’t updating on my iPhone, so I turned off sync library, but when I turned it on again, I waited a few seconds and it turned itself off. When I go into the Apple Music app itself and click the big red “Turn on” button for sync library, the same thing happens. It loads for a few seconds, then shows the sync button again. I’ve tried everything I can think of to fix it: • Deleted and reinstalled the music app • Updated to the latest iOS and MacOS • Used cellular data and different wifi • Signed out of iCloud and back in and as a last resort… • Backed up phone, factory reset, and restored I haven’t been able to listen to my library on my phone for about a week. I’d appreciate any help at all. Thank you!

Cannot turn on apple music sync library on brand new iphone and macbook air I go into settings on my iphone 16 pro max to enable sync library and it highlights for a few seconds before popping up a message saying "Enable sync library to listen everywhere. To use your apple music subcription on this device enable sync library" then the sync library button is automatically deselected. I've tried restarting my iphone, deleting and re-installing the apple music app and signing out and back into to my apple ID and apple store accounts, also my iphone is updated to the latest IOS 18 but still this error keeps occurring. It is also occurring on my brand new macbook air. This is really annoying as I was able to sync offline music to my icloud apple music in the past that was stored on my old mac.
