Need your help, can you tell me is it a flex cable? MacBook Pro M1 A2338

It started blinking a two month ago, after some time display stopped work and i’ve got a lines on it.

I took it to the service, where display started worked fully good, service tested it for 2 weeks and not found anything.

I took it back, for 2 weeks that MacBook was like second laptop, where i have watched some Youtube, nothing more, it was still blinking little bit but it was ok.

And i decided to migrate all files from my main Air to the Pro, i did this, powered it off and turned it on in the next morning.

I used it for 40-60 min, it’s started blinking, and display just turned off and got lines, like previously

Display does not change lines on closing/opening.

The lines in generally static, besides work with touchpad, unlocking, in short, when image on display changes the lines changes too.
