music on usb

I have got a usb stick with my own music on, music is a copy from a dell laptop

where I had iTunes folder installed on it. I haven't got the dell laptop any more'

can I copy music from the usb stick back to a iTunes on my Mac book air

which is new. and where can I find the instructions to do this.
