Can't reinstall OS X Lion

I downloaded the latest recovery image of Lion, created a bootable recovery USB stick, hit the power button and held down the option key, but when I went to reinstall the OS, it hangs right after it goes to verify my device with Apple.

Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5 | Failed to reinstall Hey, so a while ago I erased my drive's data using Disk Utilities on Recovery Mode. And then I tried reinstalling the OS from the Recovery mode and got this error The OS that I'm using before I erased was High Sierra 10.13.6. It's weird because my Recovery mode was on 10.7.5 Lion. What I tried doing on my Mac is that I tried disabling SIP because I can't transfer files but using the command (csrutil) isn't working on 10.7.5 Lion Recovery mode's Terminal. So I tried erasing and reinstalling but reinstalling doesn't seem to work. I also tried using a bootable USB but it didn't work. I flashed it using etcher, and TransMac. Still unlucky. Please help!

How to reinstall Lion on 2011 MacBook Pro? I have a 2011 MacBook Pro whose hard drive recently died. I did not have a backup of the hard drive, so I am trying to just start from scratch with a new hard drive using Internet Recovery. I am able to boot into Internet Recovery using Cmd-R, and I get to the screen where I can choose to Restore from backup, reinstall Mac OS X, etc. At this point, I have one of two issues: When I click Reinstall Mac OS X > Continue > Continue, it tells me, "To download and restore Mac OS X, your computer's eligibility will be verified with Apple.", and when I click Continue after that, it immediately shows me an error "An error occurred while preparing the installation. Try running this application again." Running the application again gives me the same result. Sometimes I don't get this first error, and I get past the 'eligibility verification'. In those cases, I get to the screen that asks me to choose a disk to restore to. When I choose my new hard drive and click Install, it gives me an error, "This item is temporarily unavailable. Try again later." If I try again later, I get the same error. Does this mean it is no longer possible to use Internet Recovery to reinstall MacOS or is there a way around this? I don't have any DVD media for MacOS which is why I'm trying Internet Recovery. Thanks for any ideas! Here are some screenshots of the errors:

Did you erase your startup disk while reinstalling OS X? What's the year of your Mac?
