iPad 8th generation processor

I found out my iPad's (8th gen) processor is broken. The iPad doesn't turn on. Is the processor replacable or able to fix? If so, would it be better to fix it or get a new iPad?

Contacted Apple Support and they said they cannot replace because it's out of warranty. The device is only 2 years old with no previous issues and well taken care of. My Ipad is not turning ON after a recent update of 17 Ipad OS Not sure what happened but my Ipad 7th generation is not powering ON after a recent Ipad OS 17 update. I went to the apple store and they said that the recent software update has caused the hardware failure and hence it does not power on. They said since it is out of warranty, they cannot swap it with the new Ipad and asking me to pay for a new one . I dont understand why I have to bear the expense and take the responsibility when the software update provided by the apple has caused the issue and killed it . Anyone faced the same issue?

My iPad 9th generation turned off and will not restart My 9th generation iPad, purchased new 17 months ago, turned off while I was listening to an audio book and will not restart using any of the normal procedures. I connected the iPad to my MacBook, which detects the device and shows it is 100 percent charged. The MacBook prompted me to first update, then restore the iPad. I updated the iPad, and it would not restart. I restored the iPad, and it would not restart. Is there anything left to do, or is this thing an expensive brick?

The eighth generation iPad was released by Apple just over three years ago.
