Compatible printers with eMac with Mac OS X 9.2 Leopard

Hi have eMac that runs OS9.2

need to find a compatible printer that will work for this system

At least with the 2002 and 2003 eMac models (capable of booting to Mac OS 9.2.2), a general method suggested for earlier Macintosh models in the following web page could possibly be made to work:

The idea would be to use a LaserWriter driver and a relatively modern network printer capable of handling postscript. Look upon this as an experiment.


Alternatively, you could perhaps search for an older printer with compatible Mac OS 9 drivers. For example, one of the Apple LaserWriter models with Ethernet, or a third-party machine such as Lexmark E120n.
