can the iPhone 15 Pro screen record at 4k? if not, can it if you connect a 4k monitor?

Devices that provide display resolution 3840 X 2160 (4K) 2960 X 1440 (Quad HD+) 2560 X 1440 (Quad HD) are 4K. That means you can watch high-quality videos on these devices with fast processing speed.
None of these displays are 4K
- iPhone X & XS has --> 2436 x 1125-pixel resolution and this is not a 4K display, while these iPhones can record 4K video.
- iPhone 12 Pro has ---> 2532 x 1170-pixel resolution and hence is not a 4K even
- iPhone 14 --> 2532x1170-pixel resolution at 460 ppi
- iPhone 14 Plus --> 2778x1284-pixel resolution at 458 ppi
- iPhone 15 Pro --> 2556x1179-pixel resolution at 460 ppi
- iPhone 15 Pro Max --> 2796x1290-pixel resolution at 460 ppi
My information says that 4K resolutions are a waste on mobile devices as you (a normal human eye) may not be able to notice the difference on such small screens.
