Why is my iTune and my App Store disable
I’m trying to redeem a gift card and it says my iTune and App Store is disable
how can I fix it

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes", you will need to contact Apple Support using this link, as it is a problem with the account information that can only be resolved on Apple's end.
