Hii, make sure that your internet is stable or can browse something in Safari or other browsers. Additionally you can also try:
- Make sure your iPad have enough space by going to Settings > General > iPad Disk Space.
- Close all applications and restart your iPad.
- *Use another Mac or MacBook and connect it to your iPad, go to Finder > [Your iPad's name] and then you will see software update button in the center.*(only if you have another computer device).
