Cannot change my payment method on App Store
I have tried to get apps downloaded I’m broke but my bank card works have used it on here I need help

You usually need a payment method -
You usually need to add a functioning payment method to your account. Even to re-download or update apps and for free apps. You can find the acceptable payment methods for your country here;

If you're broke and the card has no funds, you don't have a functioning payment method.
